2. Refund Eligibility
You can return your order if:
- You have received it within 14 calendar days
- The product is unopened and unused
- The packaging is intact and in original condition
- You have followed the return process outlined below
3. What Can Be Returned
Eligible: Unopened bottles of Enda Nord Vitality in original packaging.
Not eligible: Opened, used, or partially consumed bottles. Damaged packaging or bottles without original labelling.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt by email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return instructions including the return address
- Ship your return to the address provided (at your own cost)
- We inspect your return (2-3 business days)
- Refund processed within 14 working days of inspection
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive confirmation by email.

7. Damaged Products
If your order arrived damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost

8. Missing Items
If you didn't receive the item you ordered:
